Last night I had a dream that there was a random anime plot generator on Facebook and I clicked it and it generated an anime set in early 20th century Ireland about a family of nihilist ducks who were being pestered by an immigrant family of Russian rabbits who moved in next door.

It ended up sparking a huge discussion on my Facebook page because everyone remembered there was an actual anime series with that plot in the 80s. The ducks were alcoholic poets and the rabbits were alcoholic novelists. The episodes were narrated by a hedgehog who played the fiddle.

When I woke up I was unsure if the series actually existed or not.
